Refund Policy

We will only authorise a cash refund if a product is declared faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly by Direct2u Footwear. All other returns are handled in the form of a credit note that can be redeemed off a future purchase.

If you believe that a model supplied by Direct2u Footwear has either been supplied incorrectly, damaged in transit or has a fault please contact us for further instructions before returning the goods back to us.

Credit Notes

A credit note is digital money that can be used on our website, simply enter your credit coupon code in the box provided on the checkout page then click update so the coupon amount is subtracted from your order.
